Spring Equinox

Long weekend offer!! Save 20% when you book your Stay for 3 nights or more using Promo code SPRING25

If you are searching for time and space to reflect, this is probably the best opportunity to get free access to the Inner Circle at Stonehenge. The Spring Equinox is a rare occasion when English Heritage grants public access to the stones. Unlike the Solstices, which draw tens of thousands of visitors, equinox events tend to attract only a few hundred people. During this time, modern Druid ceremonies are often held at dawn, within the circle of stones.

English Heritage offer a brief period of managed open access on 20th March. With sunrise at 6:11am, access will begin as soon as it is safe, likely around 5:45am, and will conclude at 8:30am. You can walk from our doorstep or get the bus to Stonehenge for this special occasion!
