Spring Paper Peony Workshop
The Spring season brings new life and flowers in abundance! So why not come and learn how to create your own beautiful life- like peonies from Italian crepe paper that will last longer than a couple of weeks.
In this seasonal workshop you will:
Enjoy mindful and creative time exploring the versatility of Italian crepe paper
Have step by step guidance on how to create up to 2 peonies and 1 bud
Simple and effective techniques that can translate to other flower types
Connect with other like-minded people and take the opportunity to get a taster of this craft and learn something new, you never know....this could be the start of a new hobby you really enjoy!
Perfect as a solo experince or one shared with loved ones!
These workshops are designed to suit all artistic abilities and careful instruction will be given so that you come away with something that you are happy you have had a go at creating.
All materials will be provided. Bottomless tea or coffee is included in your ticket.
This creative workshop is more suited to ages 14+
All children must be accompanied by an adult. A ticket must be purchased for each person participating in the workshop. An adult can be present without purchasing a ticket but no materials or hot drink will be provided for said adult.
In this instance, as the accompanying adult you may wish to only assist your child should you need to and purchase your own drink.
We will be using scissors and hot glue guns on this workshop.

If you are searching for a spiritual experience with time and space to reflect, this is probably the best opportunity to get free access to the Inner Circle at Stonehenge. The Autumn Equinox is a rare occasion when English Heritage grants public access to the stones. Unlike the Solstices, which draw tens of thousands of visitors, equinox events tend to attract only a few hundred people. During this time, modern Druid ceremonies are often held at dawn, within the circle of stones.
English Heritage offer a brief period of managed open access on 23rd September. We encourage our guests to arrive between 5 am and 6 am. You can walk from our doorstep or get the bus to Stonehenge for this special occasion!

English Heritage offer a brief period of managed open access on 20th March. With sunrise at 6:11am, access will begin as soon as it is safe, likely around 5:45am, and will conclude at 8:30am. You can walk from our doorstep or get the bus to Stonehenge for this special occasion!

Stonehenge Stomp
The Stomp is a walking event which also welcomes runners - it is not a race! Challenge yourself to complete 10, 20, 30 or 40 km's of fully marked trails with views of Stonehenge on all routes. Route instructions and refreshments are provided at regular checkpoints. A 5 km family friendly route also available.
In respect of the landscape and local communities, participant numbers are limited with online entry only. If you do not have pre-entry please do not turn up on the day.

A Little Place has a mission to put Community and People first. We are delighted to have partnered with Collingwood Services (Training) who are holding a FREE TOTS First Aid Session on the morning of Thursday 18th April from 10:30 to 12:00.
